Hodder & Stoughton are set to publish David Holmes’ THE BOY WHO LIVED

15 July 2024

THE BOY WHO LIVED by David Holmes, who was Daniel Radcliffe’s stunt double when filming the Harry Potter series, is due to be published by Hodder & Stoughton on the 14th of November, 2024!

Not only are we incredibly proud of David for this achievement, but also Matt Allen, another TBP client who has worked with David to write this fantastic memoir. The book will explore David’s accident on the set of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” that resulted in his paralysis from the chest down, in addition to his wider experiences as Daniel Radcliffe’s stunt double and life after the accident.

David Holmes said: “This book will be full of triumph and tragedy, just like my life up until this point. Detailing many behind-the-scenes stories that have not been told from my time on the Potter films, as well as some of the lessons and hardships I’ve endured since breaking my neck, I’m very grateful to be alive and to be able to tell my story.”

Daniel Radcliffe has also provided the foreword for this incredible memoir!
