Tom Watson

Tom was Deputy Leader of the Labour Party from 2015-2019. Tom served as Member of Parliament for West Bromwich East from 2001 to 2019, and as Minister for Digital Engagement and Civil Service Issues at the Cabinet Office from 2008 to 2009.

His book, DOWNSIZING, published with Kyle Books in January 2020 and follows Tom’s journey to reverse his Type 2 diabetes and regain his health; the follow-up, LOSE WEIGHT 4 LIFE: MY BLUEPRINT FOR LONG-TERM, SUSTAINABLE WEIGHT LOSS THROUGH MOTIVATION, MEAUREMENT, MOVEMENT, MAINTENANCE will publish in June 2022. He also co-wrote political thriller THE HOUSE, which published with Sphere in October 2020.
