Dr. Mark Egan has spent fifteen years peering into the minds of decision-makers, from government officials to everyday citizens, to understand why we often make bad decisions and how we can get better at it. He holds a PhD in Behavioral Science from the University of Stirling, and works in London for the Behavioral Insights Team, a research consultancy focused on achieving social impact, where he’s also an employee-elected Board Director. He has authored over 20 academic articles, worked with 100s of clients, and delivered training on confidence and expert decision-making to 1000s of participants from around the world. He also had a hand in the production of 2 small children.
