Narissa Chung

Narissa is a children’s writer living in London with her family. She is Chinese and Trinidadian, was born in Hong Kong and grew up in England in her father’s Chinese take-away. She was incredibly well-fed. Her experiences of having a mixed ethnic background and growing up surrounded by a third and different culture to her roots have influenced her stories about identity and cultural connection. She loves cartoons, old movies and musicals, and has a mild addiction to noodle soup.
