ALL THAT MATTERS by Sir Chris Hoy to be published with Hodder

Following his terminal cancer diagnosis, Sir Chris Hoy will be publishing a major new book, ALL THAT MATTERS, with Hodder & Stoughton. The publisher was selected after a hotly contested auction, and the book will publish on the 7th of November 2024 across all formats. Sir Chris Hoy will also be narrating the audiobook edition.

The book itself will cover Sir Chris’s 2023 cancer diagnosis in full, and will reveal the extent of his illness and how he plans to live the rest of his life. The Sunday Times’ News Review will also serialise ALL THAT MATTERS this coming Sunday, 27th October. This will accompany a publicity and marketing campaign to support publication.

Sir Chris Hoy said: “ALL THAT MATTERS is my opportunity to offer insight into how a family deals with a diagnosis like mine, and to inspire others who are on a difficult journey to find a way back to living a good, hopeful life.  Writing this book has allowed me to reflect on how important it is to be positive and focus on the present.”
