Neil Blair
Neil is J.K. Rowling’s agent and Founding Partner of The Blair Partnership. Neil is Chairman of both Pottermore, J.K Rowling’s global digital publisher, and Brontë Productions, home of J.K. Rowling and Robert Galbraith’s TV adaptations. Chairman of both Snowed-In Productions and Snowstorm Productions, developing scripted and non-scripted content respectively, Neil has acted as Executive Producer on various TV productions including Mrs Wilson, Too Close, You Don’t Know Me, John Wyndham’s The Midwich Cuckoos and ITV’s retelling of the Stonehouse scandal, besides the ongoing BBC adaptations of Robert Galbraith’s Strike mysteries. Neil will act as Executive Producer on the forthcoming Harry Potter TV series.
Before founding The Blair Partnership in 2011, Neil was Head of Business Affairs, Europe, for Warner Bros, working on productions such as Band of Brothers and Eyes Wide Shut. Neil is an Executive Producer of the Warner Bros. film adaptations of J.K. Rowling’s Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
Neil represents J.K. Rowling’s global producer interest on Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and acted as Chairman of her children’s charity, Lumos, for ten years, remaining expert friend of the organisation.
Involved in a number of charitable causes, including British Friends of United Hatzalah, Stand With Us, JW3, and The Atlas Foundation, Neil is also proud Trustee of the Donmar Warehouse.
