Ellie Simmonds

Ellie is a five-time Paralympic champion swimmer for Great Britain. Born of her passion for baking and a talent for connecting with young people, she created a series of children’s books called ELLIE’S MAGICAL BAKERY with the mission to entertain and inspire children to experiment in the kitchen.
