Anbara Salam

Anbara Salam is half-Palestinian, half-Scottish, and grew up in London. After studying in Beirut and York, she graduated from Oxford with a PhD in Theology in 2014. She lives in Oxford with her partner where she works as an academic. Anbara’s first novel, THINGS BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL, was published in 2018, and her second novel, BELLADONNA, came out in summer 2020, both with Fig Tree. Her latest book, HAZARDOUS SPIRITS, was published in October 2023.
